In European herbal traditions, these plants have long been used to accompany the menstrual phase with warmth, nourishment, and steadiness. Lady’s Mantle and Raspberry Leaf are valued for their association with pelvic comfort, while Chamomile contributes calming and digestive-soothing properties. Mugwort has traditionally been used as a bitter herb to support digestion, and Nettle brings mineral richness and grounding vitality to the blend.
