How do you use it?
Like other essential oils, you can only use Ginger Essential Oil on the skin when diluted with a carrier oil. With Ginger, the dilution percentage is slightly lower, which means that you have to dilute this oil extra strongly before using it on the skin. Do not allow more than 0.1% of what you apply to consist of Ginger Essential Oil. For example: 1 drop of Ginger Essential Oil with 999 drops (50 ml) of carrier oil, such as Castorolie of Jojoba Oil.
