• Do not use the dish in the microwave, oven, refrigerator or dishwasher.
• The shell cannot withstand extreme heat. Do you have a boiling hot curry? Let it cool for a while before scooping this delicacy into the bowl.
• Have you used your bowl 15 times? Polish it with some coconut oil. If you do this every 15 times, you keep your bowl nice and sturdy.
• Take good care of your bowl, and it will last hundreds of times!

What is so unique about it?

Every year, millions of coconuts are harvested for their water, oil and meat. The peels then disappear into the waste heap or are incinerated. A shame, because the peels can be used as a bowl to eat from. This prevents millions of plastic trays from ending up on the same waste heap, which are not biodegradable by the environment.
