Note: do not use more than 0.07% Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil in connection with skin irritation and always dilute it in a carrier oil or butter. So for example 0.07ml cinnamon bark Essential oil in 100ml Almond oil or Shea butter. Apply the oil as a massage or skin oil where necessary to cleansed skin. On the skin, Cinnamon bark oil has a warming and circulation-stimulating effect, making it particularly good for cold hands, feet and shivering.
