TMG
TMG, also known as trimethylglycine or betaine, can be produced by the body from choline through oxidation in the liver. TMG helps to increase stomach acidity, which promotes digestion. Nutrients where TMG naturally occurs include beets, fish, broccoli, spinach, and legumes. Since you as an athlete have an increased need for TMG and meeting this need through basic nutrition requires a very balanced diet, TMG is available in capsule form. With just one dose per day, you provide your body with no less than 500 mg of high-quality trimethylglycine.
