How do I make an optimal shake?
For an optimal shake, first fill the cup with water or milk. Then add the powder so that it mixes easily with the liquid. Next, place the sieve on top of the cup and screw the lid on tightly. Give it a good shake, and the perfect shake is ready.

A) The print is not dishwasher safe and may come off. So just wash it by hand.

A)If you include the contents of the cap, it can hold exactly 800ML.
