What can I expect from HMB?
HMB is derived from the essential amino acid Leucine, yet it behaves in a unique manner. For this reason, HMB has been used for years by the most dedicated athletes. We recommend taking HMB multiple times a day with a minimum dosage of 750mg per intake. It is best to take HMB during physical activities.
How does HMB function?
Leucine has been known for years as one of the most well-known essential amino acids. HMB (ß-Hydroxy ß-Methyl-Butyrate) is derived from L-leucine, giving it similar effects to L-leucine. This form of leucine is useful in any diet and nutritional plan.

Use
Training days: Take 4 capsules per day. 1 capsule with breakfast, 2 capsules 1 hour before training, and 1 capsule before bedtime. For additional results, the dosage can be increased.
Rest days: Take 2 capsules at breakfast and 2 capsules before bedtime.
