Preparation
For one energetic serving, add 19 grams of powder (approximately one scoop) to 500 ml of water in a shaker. Shake briefly and ready for action!

Recommendation
Take the Crank Booster shortly before your workout for maximum energy and focus. Note, use the booster only on training days and do not exceed the daily recommended amount!

Tip
Shake the product well before opening it for the first time. Stir the powder daily with a spoon after opening to prevent clumping.
