Calcium & Magnesium are considered the two most important minerals for active athletes. Both minerals play a key role in numerous bodily processes. Healthy athletes therefore ensure a high daily intake of calcium and magnesium.

As a supplement to your daily diet, take 1 capsule twice a day. It is recommended to take these during a meal with sufficient water. Do not take more than 3 capsules per day.

V) Can I combine CAL & MAG with other supplements?
A) Yes, it can be used without any issues in combination with other supplements, as long as these do not contain large amounts of calcium and/or magnesium. However, we do recommend not taking calcium simultaneously with zinc. This is not harmful, but it is known that calcium and zinc compete with each other for absorption. To ensure the highest possible absorption, we therefore recommend taking any zinc supplement at a different time of the day than Cal & Mag.

V) Isn't two capsules per day a bit much?
A) Even for moderate athletes, the need for calcium and magnesium already far exceeds the recommended daily allowance. Two doses per day are 100% safe and even necessary for normal muscle function.
